AT ABOUT 13:15 TODAY 23/01/2013 I WENT ON THE BLACKBERRY APP STORE AND DOWNLOADED 3 OR 4 FREE APPS. AFTER THAT I CHECKED MY ACCOUNT ON MY PHONE AND SURE AS I WAS BILLED FOR THAT. I PHONED MTN CUSTOMER SERVICES THAT TOLD ME THAT I AM USING THE MTN APN SERVER AND THAT I NEED TOCHANGE THE SETTINGS. SO I DONE WHAT THEY TOLD ME BUT MY SETTING WAS ALREADY SET RIGHT. I PHONED AGAIN AND WAS TRANSFERED TO DATA SUPPORT. THEY HAD NO ANSWER TO WHAT I ASKED WHY DO THEY BILL ME FOR BLACKBERRY APPS. AND AGAIN I CHECKED MY PHONE AND ANOTHER AMMOUNT WAS TAKEN OFF MY ACCOUNT. (PREPAID) NOT EVEN CONTACT. R43 GOT R22 AFTER DATA OF BB. AFTER CALLCENTRE THAT IS SUPPOSE TO BE FREE ITS NOW ON R16.81 SORRY MTN YOU HAVE JUST LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER THAT SUPPORTED YOU FOR 13 YEARS. HELLO VODACOM IM COMING OVER TO YOUR SIDE!!!
