I have a blackberry contract with BIS however I have now received a bill with data usage. I called the service centre on 20/03 at 7:34 am and was informed that bis does not include downloads or streaming which I understand as I have been using a blackberry for the last 4 years. I have never downloaded or streamed from the phone in question and now I am told I can get an itemised bill at a cost of R23 but it will only tell me when the phone connected on the browser but not which websites. This does not help me, I feel that this is the way that Vodacom hides behind ripping people off as they simply can't give you the right answers and you just have to pay. I am not happy that you can bill me but you can't tell me what exactly the bill is for.
