CAN SOMEONE FROM MTN PLEASE TELL ME WHY MY DATA DISAPPEARS IN - 2 MINUTES. since 29/12/2013 MY DATA JUST MAGICALLY DISAPPEARS. ON 28/12/2013 I STILL HAD ABOUT 80 MB OF DATA WITH 31 RAND AIRTIME, THE NEXT MORNING IT WAS ALL GONE, I THEN LOADED 30 MB AND WANTED TO USE WHATSAPP BUT AFTER SENDING ONE MESSAGE THE REST DID NOT GO THROUGH SO I AGAIN CHECKED MY BALANCE AND THERE WAS 551 KB LEFT. I CLOSED ALL MY APPS, EVEN SWITCHED OF CELLULAR FOR SOME APPS WHICH WAS ALWAYS ON AND I DIDNT HAVE THIS PROBLEM AND LOADED ANOTHER 30 MB, BY THE TIME I RECEIVED ANOTHER SMS FROM 141 SAYING THE DATA WAS LOADED SUCCESSFULLY I LOOKED AGAIN AND GUESS WHAT THE SECOND 30 MB HAD DISAPPEARED. TODAY 30/12/2013 I LOADED 150 MB AND AFTER MINUTES I CHECKED MY BALANCE AND THERE WAS 51 MB LEFT. I WAS FORCED TO SWITCH OFF MY CELLULAR DATA AND CALL 808. THEY COULDN'T'T HELP AND REFERRED ME TO 1555 WHO TOLD ME THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO I MUST LOG A BILLING QUERY WITH 808 WHO TOLD ME THIS CAN ONLY BE DONE ON 20/01/2014. ARE THEY MAD? WHAT WILL I DO WITH MY SMARTPHONE WITHOUT INTERNET FOR 20 DAYS??? I WNT TO KNOW WHAT DEPLETES MY DATA SO QUICKLY ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE! I HAVEN'T CHANGED ANYTHING, NO NEW APPS ADDED
