Got a sms this morning to say that my data bill is over 5 thousand rand got a shock as I have a blackberry with bis so should not be charged for data at all I phoned customer care they asked me if I used my sim card on another device told them I never removed my sim card from the phone only thing I did was use my wifi in sandton city neotel has free wifi so was using it to download series I am really confused now how I can be charged for using free wifi or how Vodacom came up with charging me data on a blackberry on Tuesday I phoned them to inform them that I will be cancelling my contract and was informed that my number will be converted to pre paid at the end of December so is it just one more chance Vodacom can take to milk me dry I cant wait for 2 days for a answer I want one now very upset custome
