3 GB & R478 Data used in 5 days - IMPOSSIBLE

Good day Cell C, I did not want to have to complain on Hello Peter but the problem that has arisen is very scary. I received our new Samsung Galaxy phones on the 16th February 2013. We are very rarely on various apps etc but do have our email on our phone and now an then go into facebook. On Monday I contacted cell C as it showed my current data usage is at R478.07 i asked the call centre operative how is this possible i dont download apps you pay for ever. She explained that is how it works, I then asked for a 3GB data to be loaded which will work out better if this is the rate the data is going at. on Wednesday evening i checked my phone and it shows i have used 1857.42 GB. This is preposterous. I am barely on the phone during the day. I have tried calling Ayanda but there is no answer and our IT checked my phone and said the data i have used maybe comes upto 1 GB. This has to be sorted out my husbands phone is doing exactly the same thing, people run their businesses off these phones and use about R500.00 a month on DATA. How is it possible that I am already on over R900? I would like an explanantion and a refund of my data this is clearly a error. I cannot afford a crazy bill.
