No airtime showing after renewing contract!!!

Last month I renewed my contract at Autopage Cape Gate. I went from a R200 top-up to a R135 top-up. Contract has been renewed but my airtime is not showing on my phone thus can I make no phone calls or sms. When I dail 100 is tells me that I have R218 on my phone, but when I sms *100# is shows R0.00 and it disconnect all my phone calls due to insufficient funds. I bought addisional airtime of R55.00 and R30.00 and still there is NO MONEY on my phone. I phone the headoffice a couple of times and they told me there is airtime on my phone (That telephone calls is NOT FREE). I went to Cape Gate to show them that my cellphone register no airtime. I already done a sim swop on request aswell. I received excellent service from Angela who is busy working on my problem aswell. If this problem cannot be resolved then I can not pay my account for airtime I cannot use and will cancel my contract. Please advise ASAP. Thank you
