I am due for an upgrade on our business packages for our phones, iPad and data for my business yet Vodacom said they can't assist I will have to talk to the Business department who have since 7 August been unable to respond to any of my emails with all the details given. I have since then re-emailed all documentation and requests through for an iPhone upgrade and iPad mini with data upgrade. Im absolutely disgusted at the service considering these accounts are kept up to date all the time... I need a manager to please contact me.
