The phone lines in our area had been. It is now almost a month and still our services had not been repaired. Yes my bill indicates that I am not invoiced for this month. But the inconvenience of not having a working phone or internet connection is frustrating. The targeted date of repair was the 8/8/2013. No surprise when it was not fixed. I reported it again and got the rudest person in telkom. She spoke to me as if I'm a child. Her reply was that the target date was just that, a target and the fault had been redistributed. That is it no new "target" date nothing. I'm starting to wonder why I stay with telkom!!!
