Pathetic Service concerning upgrade

On the 18th October I called the Vodacom upgrade department to have my contract upgraded to a MYgig1 with an iPAD mini with wifi and cellular. On the website it states that delivery will be next day. I was told I had to wait 3 to 5 working days for delivery. On the 22nd I called to enquire about the delivery and not a single agent could trace the whereabouts of the iPAD mini. On Thursday the 24th I sent a mail as would like to have the upgrade cancelled so I could go to the nearest Vodacom store to have my upgrade done. On Friday 25th October I spoke to at least 4 consultants and was told that the matter would be escalated and I would receive an sms with a reference number. Today is the 28th October and still the upgrade hasn't been cancelled. I am extremely disgusted by the service I received from Vodacom and extremely dissapointed as the iPAD was intended for my wife as a birthday gift on the 22nd October. All I want is for this upgrade to be cancelled so I can go and upgrade at my nearest vodacom store. PLEASE CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME!!!
