There are a couple more reference numbers and none have been resolved.
For 3 months now I have no data connection after 5pm. Nothing is being done about it, no one has called me. You have provided no deadlines or solutions on when this will be resolved. Am I to accept that this is just the way it is? Perhaps I stop my debit order? Have a retentions officer call me, your technicians cant help as the problem is not the THREE CellC devices I unfortunately now own!
