Almost 3 weeks later - issue still not resolved

I was incorrectly charged for data usage for Jan '13 and I'm trying to get the issue resolved. This is post #3 about it on hellopeter and I've sent 9 emails to [Email Removed] [Email Removed] and to the person who has replied twice - my first email was dated 15 Feb but now almost 3 weeks later the problem is still not resolved. On 27 Feb I've received an email telling me that they will load a 100MB data bundle onto my account "for free" to prevent any future data charges. I told them that I don't want freebies - I already have BIS (unlimited data) and don't need additional 100MB.

The open reference numbers for this call are 3021904526, 3022701940 and 3030100224. New reference numbers are assigned to my problem almost every time I enquire about it - the reference numbers, sent via SMS, states that they will attend shortly, but that's where it stops - CellC is just playing for time by assigning new reference numbers instead of attending to or escalating the original call. If you cannot resolve the issue, please get a supervisor or the CEO to contact me. I'm not supposed to enquire every other day - you're supposed to keep me updated until the issue is resolved.
