Unresolved. A call centre agent called me on the 16 August. Could do NOTHING for me and all they called to say was a technician would contact me in 2 working days. Its over a week now and nobody else has called. STill same problem for months now. If the NCC wasnt so useless Id have CellC already in breach.
What you can do for me now is, cancel my contract and MAKE MY NUMBER AVAILABLE FOR PORTING.
