Poor/no internet service and no calls after 5pm

I have had a Cell C data contract for the past few years. I used to live in Kzn and had zero problems with the service. When I moved up to Gauteng, I noticed my internet connection was extremely slow. I called Cell and they told me it was probably my USB stick modem that was faulty. It was at least 3 years old and i decided a good time to uograde. My MTN phone contract had also expired so I took out a Cell C phone contract as) well as renewing my data contract. Thee has been no improvement in the data connection, in fact its worse. Most of the time the data card has no connection. Even my phone had intermittant data connection. After around 5pm during the week and all hours on tge weekend there is no connection at all. I have been to the Cell C shop in Clearwater mall 5 times in the last 3 weeks. Each time the manager (there have been 2 different ones) have taken down my details, given me reference numbers and promised to follow up and call me. Nothing happens. I asked if I could cancel the contracts or suspend them till this is resolved and was told NO YOU CANT! I have just paid the monthly subscriptions for both these contracts but not getting the service im paying for and no help
