Since 31 May 2012 Phob Phone Box-lite has been deducting money off my account? The reference no is PHOB MD-722359-1 . I have never authorized any debit order with Phone Box (I have never even heard of it!!). Please for the last time stop this debit order!!! I have never authorize any of this! Who gave you guys permission to deduct monies off my account???!!! The same thing happened with phone sure round about the same time this debt started coming off -they have pulled up my conversation and confirmed that I did not authorize any debit order. i mean really so far R1173.94 has been deducted?!!! And i complained months ago but nobody bothered to phone me? i want to be refunded in full for this and i want no regarding this matter! JUST fix this or you WILL hear from my Lawyer!!!
