another month and no resolution to the same problem ie NO DATA CONNECTION AFTER 18:00 EVERY WEEK DAY FOR OVER 3 MONTHS NOW.
The only response I get is "your complaint has been escalated". Might as well get escalated out the window because nothing is being done.
is this what YOU call an "amicable solution"?
Since youre are in breach of the CPA, I again request that you cancel my contract and MAKE MY NUMBER AVAILABLE FOR PORTING. Failing this and or a resolution, I WILL be resorting to legal action.
