SLOW INTERNET

I've been having problems with slow internet with 8ta for the past week or so. It connects to EDGE or slower speeds with poor signal. It's almost impossible to do anything online. I am the editor of an online media/tech magazine and need to upload stuff constantly but this slow speeds aren't allowing me to do my job. I have called the customer service and had my calls dropped. I have tried speaking to agents online and they refer me to data department and then the calls drop again - with nobody calling me back. Then the technical department tells me they can't guarantee speeds of internet. But this is hardly any internet. I'm basically paying for super slow internet. The internet was better two weeks ago now its slow. I have not moved or changed any settings or devices or anything. PLEASE HELP!!!
