Normal hours we get fantastic data connection speeds from my house, however, between the hours of approx 18h00 to 22h00 the data connection continually drops. This is despite my signal strength showing max. I have installed additional data antenna but this has made no difference to the dropping of signal during these hours
It has got progressively worse over the past few months and currently it is not even worth trying to access the internet during these hours and now I am at the point where it is worth considering switching away from CELLC to competitors who offer good connection speeds during peak times. I have tested this at my house with different competitor sim cards and the difference is refreshing, during peak times.
It is unfort that one has to resort to such websites to get a response from CellC as the call centre offers little or no assistance in this regard.
