My Ipad with Cell C internet contract has been on GPRS internet for a while now, rendering my Ipad unusable.
I logged a call more than week ago, still no response and no 3g connection.
Logged another call yesterday, 2013.05.13. Ref# 1791184, Cell c then forwarded my request for 3g connection to the technical department with the promise that i would be resolved the next day.
Today, 2013.05.14, Ref# 1795583, I call again to find out why this has not been resolved, then i find out the incompetent person who helped me lodged a request to the technical depart to check a "blackberry" connection and something about "BBM"!!! I specifically stated I have a problem with my "IPAD"!!! So obviously my issue was not resolved.
I suspect this issue will not be resolved my tomorrow...
On a different note: if you, cell c, have issues with internet supply and internet connections... Why does your technical depart only work strict office hours? Surely a large percentage of South Africans rely on your services and a working internet connection for their internet banking, salary payments, business email, private email, etc...
