I am yet, to experience worse customer service than I have from Vodacom, Your service is absolutely horrendous, you treat the consumer as if you are doing them a favour, and to top it off - what I found to be the most unbearable today was the level of incompetency I experienced from various members of your staff in your call centre. Vodacom's staff are extremely incompetent and insufficiently trained, which shows a clear downfall on management's part. You cannot merely employ people off the street without a certain level of competency to assist your clients, furthermore are these staff members even trained on the product offering or the issues clients require assistance with?
I understand you are a multi-national company and my R5 may not mean a thing to you, but I have had it. I have never resorted to such complaints, nor have I posted anything of the sort on social media, however I feel that there is nothing left to do but just that.
I expect to be contacted to discuss my account issue by Vodacom ASAP as I have now gone into a store, sat on the phone to the call centre all day today AND sent a detailed email address to [Email Removed]
