Terrible service

I have been having issues with my Vodacom account. i have had to call vodacom day in day out, when speaking to Susan Monaise who is apparently dealing with my query. She has promised to call me back, its been nearly 2weeks and I'm running around trying to get hold of her, but there is always stories when trying to get through to her. this is the level of gratitude that vodacom has towards there clients... highly disappointed, or is this the norm for a company that is making millions from clients nationwide. once they have money, you mean nothing to them... wonder how long it will take for them to give me an explanation regarding this complaint, probably never. because of their incompetency, i have Nimble Services harassing me because Vodacom is incompetent with dealing with clients complaints... Service Driven you guys are... maybe in another life time

I wait patiently to hear from them... if that will happen.
