I have had a data contract with Cell C for about 6 months now. I have probably had a data connection for about 2 weeks in Pretoria for the whole time. I have complained numerous times and i am completely fed up. I do not want any false promises any more. I do not want to have to open another case. I want to have this contract cancelled so that i can actually spend the R189 per month on Internet not paying it towards a company that does not care about there clients. Most of Hatfield is battling with bad signal and i know so many people who have switched contracts due to continuous problems from cell c.
This is not intended to degrade the network as a whole. Only the Hatfield region where a permanently reside.
So can you please finally help me to get rid of my problem and finally get a use able Internet connection
