Why can't Vodacom just help!!!

I am writing on behalf of my mother,
she went to cresta, took an upgrade (nokia) but asked for data to be off as all she uses is sms and calls
this was supposedly done!!! only to receive statements with data usage, and extra sms costs (even though she has a bundle). She has called Vosacom care, who instruct her to go to the store, she goes to the store, only to have the staff members phone Vodacom direct and still nothing gets done about this!!! they are extremely unhelpful.
she then asks me to try call vodacom, and supplied me with a copy of her statement, id number and any information they might need just to assist her in getting to the bottom of this!!! (15 May 2013)
i call and speak to "Malieke" who says she cannot assist as no 3rd party queries can be dealt with. i must go to the store AGAIN to sort it out.
this is highway and yet nobody can assist or just do their job to sort this out.
what must we do, go to the newspaper???

can someobody with a bit of an education please call me and discuss this as i want to sort this out asap or newspaper, even though just local, will have to be the way to go
