I am disappointed to say the least, in my first month experience with porting over to Cell C.
Firstly, they gave me a limit to spend R800 on calls. I asked them to lift this limit as I use the phone for business purposes, which they did to R10, 000. I get a message this morning, saying that I've spent R2500. The next thing, my 3G goes off, and apparently I can't make calls.
Who does that? It's laughable. I'm not a baby I'm a professional business person. I never ever had Vodacom doing this to me.
Furthermore, when I'm out of data, I don't get a warning to say I'm now using out of data rates. I have to 'smell' when I've reached my limit and reload.
I JUST RECEIVED A PHONE CALL BACK, SAYING I HAVE TO PAY 1/2 THE AMOUNT BEFORE THEY REACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT. I AM AN ACCOUNT HOLDER! IS THIS WHAT I HAVE TO GO THROUGH EVERY MONTH WITH CELL C? IMAGINE IF I'M IN THE MIDDLE OF A BUSINESS CALL AND THIS HAPPENS. IT IS INFURIATING!
This leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. This is an awful first impression of Cell C. Is this the way you do business?
