CUSTOMER IS KING, TREAT US THAT WAY!

I am so appalled at the level of service and inefficiency at vodacom. I went in to take out a new contract at Killarney Vodashop last week Tuesday where the sales consultant made me call head office and speak to an agent to sort out my own contract. I was then told that there was no stock of iPhone 4 or 5 in South Africa and I should call back next Thursday to see when they would get stock. Following day Wednesday I called back to view my options. I was informed there was indeed 8000 iPhone 4 in stock and there was a great smart s promo for 199 per month. Chantelle logged and captured all my details and then informed me her system was down at the final step so she would call me in the morning to make sure the contract was processed. When I received the confirmation call the next morning I was informed the deal was no longer valid and I must pay an extra 50 per month!!! When I spoke to her supervisor Bongani he said there was nothing he could do! How is your error on my order not being processed and me paying R1200 extra for the contract ME THE CUSTOMERS LOSS NOW?
