Since I moved over to Cell C from MTN - I have experienced such inconvenience with frustration with Cell C as a service Provider.
1. When I moved over to Cell C - the contract that I signed up for was for a bundle 200- which is R200 per month.
Yesterday I received a notification that I have reached my limit and should I wish to increase it I should contact Cell C. So I called in yesterday morning query my account - i was then told that my current limit is R800 which has been reached! How can I have reached a limit of R800 when I signed up for a 200 bundle account of R200 only every month??? Please revert back on your system and listen to the voice recordings when my application was done. I WILL NOT be paying for this as this is not what I agreed to!
2. Secondly when I asked if I could increase my limit by R100 yesterday - they escalated my request and said 24/48 hours. Today - the next day - I am still unable to phone, send sms's or connect to the Internet!
I use my phone mostly for business purposes and this is a of an inconvenience having my account suspended!!! As a new customer of Cell C - I have not even made my first payment and am already sitting with
