Cell C stands for Cell service

Called Cell C last week because my internet usage bill was too high. Call centre operated that I place R100 limit on my internet usage and I agreed. Nex thing I could make calls, use the internet or sms because Cell C stated that I had exceeded my allowance. I called Cell C on Saturday and the operator promised to get Credit Control to call me. No-one bothered to call. Called today (Tuesday) - Cell C has no record of either calls and said that they can only lift the limit and unblock my account if I paid in half the amount owing on my next installment. THIS IS AN INSULT TO ANYONE WHO HASNT HAD A BOUNCED DEBIT ORDER or HAD CELL C DISTRUST ME IN ANYWAY WATSOEVER! I am astounded at the level of communication, the standard of business ethics and total lack of service. I CANT WAIT FOR MY CELL C CONTRACTS TO END - WILL BE GOING TO VODACOM. I know that Cell C doesnt really care (and it shows) but if everyone of their clients made the same decision as me - they would be in the dirt. My debit order runs between R800 to R2000 per month and I have been a loyal customer - but I DONT WANT TO BE CELL C'S CUSTOMER ANY LONGER! Read Peter Cheales book!!!
