Cell C has given me bad service since I signed up with them about 1 year ago. I just got off the phone with their call centre consultant who is completely unhelpful. My phone is currently barred from making international calls because they say I have reached my limit. The only thing I'm asking them to do is to e-mail me the detailed statement so that I can pay the outstanding amount. The agent tells me I will only be able to get the statement at the end of the month, which does not help me. This is completely frustrating as I make international calls everyday due to the nature of my business. I'm self-employed and this is affecting my business negatively. I can't wait for my contract to end and get rid of Cell C.
