Every time I have the misfortune of speaking to your call centre staff I am surprised at their incompetence and lack of interest. I recently upgraded and as part of the new package I receive a data bundle. I requested that my subscription data bundle as per the old package be cancelled and it was so done in the mtn store in Menlyn. However I still receive an sms saying that the data bundle is alive and well and credited to my account. How is this possible? What's the use of having a call centre if they do not have any answers and just tells me to get in my car and drive back to the store to get it fixed there? Why should I be inconvenienced for something that's not my fault?
