When i took out my Iphone contract with Cell C they advised me that due to the nature of and expensive internet usage they would require to put a limit on the account which to me is great BUT from the 1st of April till the 7th of April i have reached my limit of R1500.00??? to me that sounds ridiculous so i inquired on how this could happen? they told me that its the internet??? of that R1500, 00 the total value of calls made is to the value of R30 odd rand? REALLY??? since the 7th my phone has been blocked and i cannot use it FOR BUSINESS PURPOSES. I LOGGED THE CALL TO REMOVE THE LIMIT ON MY ACCOUNT ON THE 5TH and they advised the credit department will call me in 24-72 hours... TODAY is the 12th!!! NO CALL AND I CANNOT USE MY PHONE!!! I called CELL C 140 this morning at around 9am and said i wanted to speak to the manager, i held on for 30MINUTES but was told the manager is currently on a call and will call me back. its now 12;46pm and no call. the MANAGER that was so called going to call is is CHARMAINE??? PLEASE SOMEONE CALL ME OR I WILL CANCEL MY 3 CONTRACTS WITH CELL C
