I recently opened new Cell C contracts. On Friday I could make no calls and when quering was advised that the limit on my account was set to R0, 00. I requested an increase of this limit and was advised that it will take up to 48 hours to process. I explained that the phone is being used for business purposes and requested urgent attention to this matter. REF no: 3051701912. Today when I queried why the issue has not yet been sorted, I was advised that it will take up to 48 business hours. I am really disappointed at the lack of understanding of the inconvenience caused to me as a customer! Just wondering if I will get a discount on the monthly subscription for the period that I could not use my phone?
