Upgrading our MTN contracts has been a nightmare. After my data was transfered from my BB to my new Samsung SIII the store kept my cable. I had to go back the next day. They mistakingly switched & fried my sim card a few days later. Another trip in. 17 days later, my phone had a cracked screen, & no, I hadn't damaged it. The service centre kept it for a month before it was rejected, I asked for a report and received an email saying they had no report on their system. My son upgraded to an ipad which had a faulty screen. After being sent away it came back a month later in a filthy box & he was told to take it to an apple store. I phoned the area manager who apologised & said he would see to it. This morning the store had no answers, I phoned the area manager & was told he was doing us a favour & couldn't waste petrol on us. He had only taken it in last week. My son has been without his ipad now for 2 months and my screen is getting worse.
