Pathetic service delivery

The service from Finrite is just pathetic to say the least.

I sent an application for a claim on a damaged phone (at an MTN store) in about December (the touch screen was cracked), I was told that I'd receive a call to confirm whether the claim would be processed or not. I waited for a week and nothing, I went back to the store they told me they don't deal with this stuff I should call the insurer directly, I called Finrite and did the claim process again, waited and it was confirmed. I was told that the phone would be collected in a day or two, it was only collected on the 10th January, so that's about a month just to collect the phone.

I then waited for about 2.5 weeks to get the phone back, get the phone back and to my surprise the screen was not fitted correctly on to the phone, there were gaps on the sides as the screen was not flush against the phone, the screen housing had cracks all over as if they just wedged the screen out, the icons on the screen for menu etc didn't line up with the back light. It was worse then when i sent it to them! Pathetic!

I email them and they pick the phone up again and its going on 2 weeks without the phone again!
