S4 SCREEN PROBLEM AND SERVICE RECEIVED

Ad service from MTN. Samsung S4 screen went faulty & warranty claim was rejected cause phone wasn't in the "same condition" when 1st bought. i mentioned the phone was producing excessive heat even when not in use (possible cause for screen to go? Yet screen is in PERFECT condition. no one could give answers why claim was rejected or what reason for screen to go. I Took ADH (accidental damage from handling via samsung) out and was told indirectly to crack screen myself to make sure it gets replaced by the MTN staff member. was shocked at services received from MTN and the service dep. Samsung took phone in and noticed screws and the memory card is missing. again shocking service from MTN and of my memory card.i have send numerous emails to the complaint line and not one response.
