Good day,
I would like to register my utter disappointment and bad experience that I have received from AVBOB KING WILLIAMS TOWN.
Having to deal with AVBOB is already not a pleasant experience someone would like to go through because it means I have lost a loved one. In this instance, I trusted AVBOB to alleviate the grief instead they added to my grief in a very bad way through their service.
I have reserved and paid in full for the PA System in King William's Town, including the other services. To my surprise, on the day of the funeral, the PA system worth R1300, which was supposed to come with the hearses on the day of the funeral, was not delivered. The reason given to me by the guys who transported the body is that the PA system is faulty and I will get my full refund on Monday, July 10, 2023.
This information was brought to me on the day of the funeral (July 8, 2023), and there was no decency to inform me in advance for alternative arrangements.
