MWEB uncapped 1MB account isn't uncapped

Hi,
I recieved a threatening email today that I'm downloading too much and that MWEB will slow down my speeds if I continue to do this.
So its not truly an uncapped account then? MWEB needs to secure more capacity if they cannot cope with the bandwidth they are selling their customers.
Why does this become my problem that MWEB doesnt have enough capacity?
