I have mweb as my service provider for a long long long time now ..

since last week Wednesday my internet is so slow... phones mweb today to hear the following:
1. they are sending me information about my account to a mweb email address that i only find out about today.
2. uncapped adsl with them is not uncapped... i have excessive use on my adsl line it is now blocked. the technical personal can do nothing. my account is block for 8 - 9 days. HALLO THAT IS WHY IT IS CALLED UNCAPPED ADSL.
3. now for the first time i am hearing about something called .. throttled... HALLO AGAIN... UNCAPPED ADSL... I think i have been using mweb now for 2 year, and this is the first i have heard about this

All this i have on voice recordings... can proof this word for word...
