Network is TERRIBLE Re: Reception on my smartphone

Hi
I was so excited to purchase my Samsung galaxy S3 mini in April. Worst decision I made was to purchase my contract with cell c. Yes they advertise to be cheaper than any other network!!! but at what cost? BAD RECEPTION. no matter what area i am at, messages take ages to go through and on calls there's always a break in transmission,
Now i am stuck with this contract for 24 months.
