Been with Mweb for quite a while now. Received 2 warnings earlier this year for excessive downloading. I could not tell me what the allowable data usage is. I decided to drop my amount downloads by about 25%. Spoke to a guy in Mweb's technical department and was told they saw my usage had dropped and I would not receive further warnings if I continued with it. Today suddenly I receive an email regarding Mweb wanting to limit my line speed for excessive downloading. What a joke!! What is the point of getting a premium uncapped account?
