Sold uncapped but to my surprise its not uncapped

I have been with mweb for nearly 6 years, having a mtn dongle that i purchased threw them. In December my children got I pads and we got more active on downloading. After recieving a bill of over R4000 we obvouisly wanted to upgrade to uncapped Internet that everybody could do so without a problem.

This took Mweb 2 months to do, (while I am paying ridiculous rates) Here we are with our loveley uncapped product that was sold to us, unable to watch anything on youtube or the news as it breaks up, updating softwhere impossible it times out.

I Called mweb this morning and said that i do not understand that its so slow, ooh she said its capped at 10 gigs and you are at 15... then it becomes slow. i said that i bought it as uncapped and she said its not mweb's fault as mtn is calling it uncapped but it is actually capped.

I asked to speak to a manager, after waitng for 35 minutes i hung up
what do i do now? I am not interested paying nearly R1000 a month for something that does not work
