This is both a complaint and a public service announcement for those considering any Mweb Uncapped products. We've hit 80gb on our uncapped product and our 1mb connection, which normally downloads at anything between 100KB/s and 130KB/s, is now downloading at 10KB/s max... in a web browser. So the whole family is sharing 10KB/s. We can't even download emails. News24 freezes before it loads. When it does load, there are no pictures. We tried using our Afrihost account and sites worked perfectly so its definitely Mweb. Fortunately, we have already cancelled with Mweb and will be signing up for the 2mb Gold package from Openweb so we only have 15 days left of this nonsense. Think twice before signing up for an uncapped account with Mweb. They are the most expensive ISP and offer the worst value for money.
