I was upgrading my contract and got a new Nokia720. After two days the device broke down and I took it back to Nashua. They took it back and decide it was an "out of box failure'. In less tha five days they brought it back saying it has no problem only that it wasnt charged. But it was charged and tested in the store and the sim card was ringing inside the phone but the phone itself was not responding. The Manager ther has a stinking attitude. I want a new phone, as per company policy NOT a phone that they not sure wats wrong with. This whole process has been annoying and draining as i have been a very loyal custometr for YEARS...
