OBF not swapped

On the 17th of July I took out a contract at Nashua Mobile at the Tramshed. The following day the phone screen started to flicker. I took it to Nashua in Centurion mall becauae its closer to work, then on the 19th Tyrone told me to bring the box and everything in it. I brought the phone back on the 22nd with the box then they did an OBF which in my understanding they were suppposed to exchange it but instead they booked it in for 2weeks (2/08/2013). BUT they returned the phone back to me with the same problem they said they will fix but they didnt. The phone was sent back for OBF for the second time. My question is how come Nashua Mobile doesnt swop the faulty devices instead of sending it for OBF which is the same procedure as the repairs?
Victor who said he is the store owner said there's nothing he can do about it. I have received nothing but bad experience at the Nashua Mobile.
