How can they from innocent people?

My domestic worker has been trying to get money refunded from Platinum Group for over 3 months.

She has NEVER filled in a form or bought anything from Platinum Group.

Last month she had her Capitec Account debited with 2 separate amounts of R199.00 and yesterday, a further 4 debits went off for R199.00 each!

Capitec Bank are helpful and have sent letters to cancel what ever the account is with Platinum Group but to no avail.

Who is this company?

I tried calling the company on 086 1000 50 and got through to a call centre into a queue and after holding for 15 minutes the line went dead. I spent over 2 hours holding after numerous calls and never got to speak to a person.

Can anyone out there help me???
