My contract expired and was due for upgrade but because I had alot of problems with Nashua mobile in the past I decided to stop my contract. The lady at Nashua Mobile Cape Gate told me that from 31 July my contract will be cancelled, so that means that from the 31 July my BIS will expire and I must buy R60 to activate my BIS again, but yesterday (28 July) when I went on my bbm my BIS was de activated... I paid for the month of July so why do they put my BIS of 4 days before the date that it must be de activated??? Im very disgusted in Nashua Mobile and will never ever take a contract out again by them and this is exactly the reason why I decided NOT to upgrade with them as my server provider!!

I decide to phone Nashua Mobile Cape Gate to tell them what I think of them but the phone keep on ringing and ringing. How can a company like Nashua Mobile NOT pick up their phones?? This is unacceptable!!!
