Hi I've upgraded to a z10 thinking its new hardware that the phone is working on so It might be better than my previous bb that I had so much issues with. The phone ended up being sent back after 2 days, out of box failure. I requested to upgrade to a I phone as all trust has been lost in bb, but I was called by the store saying my new z10 has arrived they sent it back asking to reverse the upgrade. This has taken over 3 weeks. I have been charged a upgrade net fee of r80 and a cellc handset fee of r199, before I sign a new contract for the I phone I want these fees reversed..

SERVICE For Nashua mobile has been really pathetic over the years it's like no one follows through, no one gets back to u and ur requests falls on deaf ears, I'm very disappointed as a customer as I don't feel as if Nashua mobile values there customers, so I might be taking my business somewhere else.
