I have handed back an Out of Box failure for a phone contract I bought. This OOB failure has now taken almost 2 months to get sent back to me, because as you know an OOB failure takes just 5 days to REPLACE. I continuously get a promise that someone will call me back, but nothing happens. I want to cancel this contract, as well as my other 5 contracts. I am sick and tired of Nashua Mobile. How do I go about that, I was Nashua Mobile's customer.
