Pathetic service experienced yet again from Nashua Mobile. Seems being a loyal customer for the last 10 years means NOTHING to Nashua. Sent a phone in for repairs on the 13 February 2013, and to date do still not have it back. I was notified by Nashua Service Centre on the 20 March they have sent it back to the Pavillion and upon calling them, not only did they advise that they still do not have the phone in store, but the guy answering the phone advised that the phone wasnt being repaired and insurance had not approved it, shame but it really sounded like he was having a bad day, so perhaps I should be understanding? My contract is up for renewal in a few months, and I dont think a renewal will be signed, however a cancellation letter will be sent. ENOUGH
