No feedback/service from Technician

We purchased a 3G Vodacom package. We hardly ever have signal where live, coverage is minimal. We have a booster already - just needs to be connected. After MANY MANY phone calls a technician came out to install the booster. He couldn't proceed as we now need a specific aerial. They were to contact us the next day to arrange another visit. (this was in May). To-date no-one has contacted us regarding installation. I have phoned numerous times to Customer Care and have to explain the whole story over and over as you get a different person every time. Each time they promise to get a technician to call me by the next day. That next day never happens! Example. 23 July I spoke to CINDY, who was going to get Jason to call me. Didn't happen. On 29th July I spoke to another consultant who was going to get someone else to call me within an hour, as Jason was on sick leave and the person he spoke to regarding our problem was on annual leave and still is. Didn't happen. Same day I called back and spoke to ZUHDI who was going to investigate and call me back- NOT. Today I spoke to Kamo Malapane who promised she will get back to me within an hour (that was 3 hrs ago) no call yet! SERIOUSLY???
