Getting billed for services i never enabled

Got a call from Cell C customers service saying my account is at R800 from 1 August, it was due to services activated 1 August, when i changed my plan to no limit. I never activated this services, i got a notification from a sms in the week to opt out which i did, but seems the service is still activate at R40 day ..

i want Cellc to investigate why this service as activated on the 1st without my consent.
