Hi DSTV

I am unhappy again with the billing of my account. I called yesterday for my HD services to be activated and was told i need to pay over R700, by 27/8 2013 which is a shock and which is contrary to the SMS you sent me of R196.

Your Statements on the website are pretty confusing but i will explain in simple terms. On June 1 after i deactivated my services i had credit of R664 and then i activated/deactivated services on the following dates to date.

- July 26, 27, 28

- August 02

- August 16, 17, 18

- August 21

- August 25

I am sure you have the most accurate dates of my activate/deactivate. The bottom line is the days my DSTV Premium account was active since 1 June is 7 or 8 days max, of which i had a balance of R664 after 1June.

I made payment of R197 as per SMS sent to me on the 24 August 2013, i should be having credit over R600 in my account today.

Please can you investigate this issue and resolve?
